Tribeca flies to 'Superhero'

"Dying of the Super hero" Tribeca Film has acquired United States privileges to "Dying of the Super hero," helmer Ian FitzGibbon's live action/animation combo in regards to a teen cartoonist fighting cancer.Starring Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Andy Serkis, Jessica Schwarz and Aisling Loftus, pic preemed at Toronto captured. Tribeca Film, the multi-platform distributor loosely associated with the Gotham fest, plans a 2012 release for "Super hero" on VOD as well as in theaters.Script of "Super hero" is modified by Anthony McCarten, who also authored the novel which the film relies. A manufacture of Bavaria Pictures and Grand Pictures, movie is created by Astrid Kahmke, Philipp Kreuzer and Michael Garland.United States distribution pact was discussed by Tribeca Film's Nick Savva with Bavaria Film's Stefanie Zeitler.
