Does anybody know the title of this movie?

I do not know what actors star in it, neither do I know the director's
name. I just know the plot : A bunch of young teens, maybe underage,
get stuck in this kind of prison. The title must be something like Mad
Dogs, I don't know why I'm stuck with this title in my head. It's a
ovie that must have come out after 2008.Please help !!
